At Bnczoklv®, we want every customer to enjoy their tropical plant décor with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our cancellation, return, and refund policy below.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or prepared for delivery.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the product has already been shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable. A customer will only be charged for shipping costs once, and no restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
